What if I have trouble placing my order?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After the transaction is complete, a confirmation can be printed immediately at the end of the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and again with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Sometimes these emails are caught by your spam filter or placed in your spam folder. To ensure our emails are delivered, please add [email protected]> to your Safe Senders list in your email account manager.

Is this a safe site?

Yes. All orders are processed securely and in full compliance with PCI laws and regulations. Your customer information and security are top priorities. Ananasboutique strictly abides by all laws and regulations. We never share or sell customer information.

How fast are orders processed?

Orders placed online are usually processed within 1-2 business days, please allow a few days for processing. For time-sensitive orders, please contact our Customer Service Department via live chat ananasboutique.com during normal business hours.

To make changes to your online order, you can also forward the confirmation email to [email protected] what changes you would like to make to your order. A confirmation email will be sent to let you know if we are able to update your order. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate all order change requests, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made once an order has been placed.

When will I be charged?

When you submit your order, there will be a pending authorization on your credit card account for the order. We only process or capture funds when an order ships. If an item is sold out or out of stock, the pending authorization will disappear and will be re-authorized when the item is back in stock and becomes available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For security and fraud prevention purposes, we only ship to the cardholder’s billing address. To avoid delays in processing your order, please register the gift card’s billing address before redemption. Failure to do so may result in funds being held and delays in processing and shipping your order.
